Thinking Actors is based in Manchester UK and was founded in 2016 by
Peter Carroll - an acting teacher with over thirty years of experience as a drama practitioner and workshop facilitator. In addition to Peter's work with TA, he's a teaching fellow and lecturer at Paul McCartney's Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts - working across a number of acting degree and masters courses - and a consultant for Leeds Arts University. As an actor, Peter is represented by PiP Talent in Manchester and London. His most recent work includes Coronation Street for ITV and The Night Caller for Channel 5 and Paramount.
A graduate of both Manchester University and Manchester Metropolitan, Peter also developed his craft with The Chicago Actors' Workshop Theater and The Acting Studio in New York City. He's a member of British Actors' Equity, Spotlight and The Royal Television Society.
