Peter Carroll

Acting Coach Peter Carroll is a highly experienced practitioner specialising in Stanislavski's Method and The Meisner Technique. Peter trained in The Meisner Technique in New York. His clients can be seen in FX/BBC 'Devs', BBC 'Flatmates', Netflix 'Dracula', ITV 'Sanditon', BBC 'Our Girl', NBC 'This Is Us', Channel 4/HBO 'It's A Sin', BBC 'Eastenders', Sky Atlantic 'Domina' and upcoming film, 'Everybody's Talking About Jamie'. Peter is also a visiting practitioner and acting lecturer - specialising in screen acting and The Meisner Technique.

About the course

This is a Technique II level class. Our Manchester acting class runs Thursday evenings from 07.00pm-09.00pm. This NEW class starts in September 2021. Admission to this advanced course is via Zoom interview.

In addition to scene study, there is a focus across digital media and acting for camera. Our classes are held at The Friends' Meeting House, Mount Street, Manchester City Centre.

We provide high quality, structured training - working with both The Meisner technique and Stanislavski's System

​The fee is £95.00 per month (venue based classes) or £47.00 per month (if transferred online due to COVID restrictions), payable in advance on the first of each month. Following your application, we'll arrange an informal Zoom video interview. If successful, and you are allocated a place, a minimum commitment of 3 months is required. There is no credit or roll-over for missed classes. During your application, you will be requested to tick a box to acknowledge our full terms and conditions. Your data will be stored securely and in line with General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
